Depending on availability, orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS. Most packages arrive within 2-8 business days, but this is not a guaranteed service.

Express Delivery excludes weekends and is not available for PO Boxes.
The base shipping price starts at $11.99 but may increase depending on the weight of the shipment and your location.
We are happy to provide International Shipping to our valued customers! Prices vary depending on your location and typically take 4-15 business days to deliver.
*Please note: Customs policies differ greatly in each country. By purchasing your perfume and cologne from MicroPerfumes, you may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Unfortunately, we do not handle these charges and you may also be subject to the applicable VAT rate for your country.
Depending on where you live and the time of day that you order, delivery times from MicroPerfumes will vary. Your items may be delayed if your payment information is incorrect, so please make sure to double-check your billing and shipping address before submitting your order.
We guarantee each sample item to be 100% authentic fragrance decanted from the original bottle, however, we cannot guarantee your satisfaction for the actual fragrance itself.
Therefore to ensure zero product tampering and to guarantee each product shipped is authentic, we do not accept returns or exchanges for Vials, Sprays, or other decanted items. Please make your selections carefully as all decanted item sales are final.
Defective items and/or damaged products can be returned for a replacement if we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. To report an issue with your order, please Contact Us as we require written confirmation of any damage. You will receive a response within 24 business hours.
You may return any unopened retail merchandise in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.
Please contact us and request an RMA number. An RMA number can ONLY be obtained by contacting the billing department. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
- We cannot process or refund packages marked "Return to Sender".
- Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product.
- To ensure a refund is processed for you, please send returns to the address provided along with your RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly written on the package that you are sending back. Our shipping department is NOT allowed to accept any packages without an RMA number.
- Depending on the bank that issues the credit card you used, your refund can take up to thirty 30 days to appear on your credit card statement. If you have any questions about whether a refund has been issued please contact us.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system to ensure proper delivery.
Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.
Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.
