Rihanna’s Latest Viral Fragrance Ad Has Inclusivity at Heart

Rihanna has a lot going on this week. In case you’ve been living in a cave, she’s the Super Bowl halftime headliner this Sunday when the Kansas City Chiefs meet The Philadelphia Eagles. But enough about football, let’s talk perfume. Specifically, let’s speak to Rihanna’s mission to make sure all groups are included in her Fenty Beauty ad campaigns.

Rihanna’s latest ad campaign for her Fenty Eau de Parfum scent features well-known TikTok celebs, Pierre Boo and Nicky Champa. The gay couple has millions of followers on a variety of social media platforms. So for Rihanna, inclusivity with her brand is also resulting in mega-views towards her brand. As of today, the new commercial has almost 40,000 Instagram views. And that’s just Instagram.

The commercial is shot in the city of romance, or Paris. The commercial is provocative and romantic all in one encapsulating moment.

“Paris is my safe place,” Nicky adds. “Sometimes even walking down the street together is romantic.”

Pierre highly touted Rihanna’s Fenty Eau de Parfum scent with his own sentiments.

“There’s no gender to it. I love that. It’s not like any other perfume,” Pierre said of Rihanna’s fragrance creation.

Nicky and Pierre have been together for close to 6-years now, documenting much of their relationship on social media.

One of Rihanna’s most impactful missions is inclusivity in her brand, which is more than reflected in the new ad campaign. Moreover, Rihanna has proven a savvy marketer by leveraging the power of social media and shareable clips. One might say that Rihanna has a future in this perfume game? But of course, she does.
