Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

Sponsor: The "Mother's Day Giveaway" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Perfume Ventures, Inc., located at 6800 Owensmouth Ave., Ste 100, Canoga Park, CA 91303, United States ("Sponsor"). For any inquiries or concerns, you may contact Sponsor via email at help@microperfumes.com.

Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant ("You") agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Sweepstakes.

Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on April 15, 2024 and ending May 12, 2024 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, individuals must visit https://microperfumes.com/?page=land/giveaway/ and complete the registration form, which includes providing their email address and phone number for contact if they are a winner, and agreeing to these Sweepstakes rules and terms. Entrants must each day to qualify for that dates prize. Participants are limited to one entry per day via the initial registration form

Random Drawing: Each day, one winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received for that day. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, and the odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winner will be notified by email and/or telephone within five (5) days following selection of Winner. Sponsor shall have no liability for Winner's failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize.

Rights Granted by You: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Terms & Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Sponsors' control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such case, Sponsor may select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, You agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from: (i) such entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in [Your State/Country] having jurisdiction.

Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Sponsor's website.

Void Where Prohibited: The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
