These Promotional Terms apply to promotional offers made by Perfume Ventures, Inc., doing business as MicroPerfumes ("MicroPerfumes," "we," "us," or "our"), through MicroPerfumes.com, the MicroPerfumes mobile application, email, SMS, push notifications, social media, or other authorized channels.
These Promotional Terms supplement the MicroPerfumes Terms of Use and any terms displayed with a particular offer.

1. Terms Displayed With Each Offer
   Each promotion may have different terms. The applicable advertisement, message, landing page, product page, cart, or checkout experience may identify information such as:
   the promotional benefit;
   eligible products, categories, sizes, customers, or purchase channels;
   any required promotional code;
   minimum purchase or quantity requirements;
   item, transaction, account, or customer limits;
   start and expiration dates and times;
   geographic or shipping restrictions;
   whether the offer may be combined with other discounts or benefits; and
   any other material conditions or exclusions.
   These offer-specific details are incorporated into these Promotional Terms.
   If the terms displayed with a particular promotion conflict with these Promotional Terms regarding that promotion, the terms displayed with the promotion control solely with respect to that promotion.
2. Eligibility and Availability
   Promotions are valid only through the MicroPerfumes channels identified with the applicable offer and only during the stated promotional period.
   An offer may be limited to particular customers, subscribers, account holders, products, sizes, collections, quantities, shipping destinations, or purchase methods, as disclosed with the offer.
   Customers may be required to sign in to an eligible MicroPerfumes account, follow a promotional link, enter a code, or add all required items to the cart to receive an offer.
   Promotions are not valid on previous purchases unless expressly stated otherwise. Promotional benefits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold, or reproduced except as required by applicable law.
3. Promotional Codes and Application of Discounts
   When a promotional code is required, the code must be entered or successfully applied before the order is completed. Promotional discounts will appear in the cart or at checkout when the applicable requirements have been satisfied.
   A promotion will not apply if:
   the code is entered incorrectly or has expired;
   the required products or quantities have not been added to the cart;
   the minimum purchase requirement has not been met;
   the customer, order, product, or shipping destination is not eligible; or
   another applicable condition disclosed with the offer has not been satisfied.
   Customers should review the final order total before completing a purchase. A promotion that is not reflected in the final checkout total has not been successfully applied.
4. Product, Quantity, and Multi-Item Offers
   Promotions apply only to the products, sizes, quantities, and categories identified with the applicable offer.
   When a promotion requires the purchase of multiple eligible items, all required items must be added to the cart. Unless the applicable offer expressly states otherwise, any free or discounted item will be the lowest-priced eligible item within each qualifying group.
   If items in a qualifying group have different prices, the value of the promotional benefit may vary. Product, scent, size, customer, account, transaction, and usage limits may apply as disclosed with the offer.
   For any offer describing an item as "free," the required purchase, quantity, eligible item, and other material conditions will be stated with the applicable offer.
5. Percentage, Dollar-Off, and Price Promotions
   Percentage and dollar discounts apply only to the eligible purchase amount identified with the applicable offer.
   Unless otherwise stated:
   discounts are calculated before taxes and shipping charges;
   discounts do not apply to gift cards;
   the benefit cannot exceed the eligible purchase amount;
   excluded products and amounts do not count toward a minimum purchase requirement; and
   discounts are applied at checkout.
   Any advertised comparison price, former price, percentage savings, or other price representation is based on the pricing basis identified with the applicable offer and is subject to applicable law.
6. Combining Promotions
   Promotions may not be combined unless the applicable offer and the checkout system expressly permit the combination.
   The acceptance of multiple codes or benefits at checkout determines whether those particular offers are technically compatible, but each offer remains subject to its own terms, eligibility requirements, limits, and exclusions.
   The order in which product, order, shipping, loyalty, or other benefits are applied may affect the final discount, minimum-purchase calculation, shipping eligibility, points earned, or order total.
7. Shipping Promotions
   Shipping promotions apply only to the eligible shipping method, destination, order value, and other conditions identified with the applicable offer.
   Unless otherwise stated:
   minimum purchase requirements are calculated after product and order discounts and before taxes and shipping charges;
   free-shipping promotions apply only to eligible U.S. standard shipping;
   expedited, international, oversized, or other shipping methods may be excluded; and
   the maximum shipping value covered by the offer will be stated with the applicable promotion.
   If an order is changed, partially canceled, returned, or refunded and no longer satisfies the original shipping-promotion requirements, shipping charges or refund adjustments may apply to the extent permitted by law.
8. MicroPoints and Rewards
   MicroPoints are account-based points that customers may earn through eligible purchases, promotional activities, referrals, or other authorized activities, or may purchase when that option is made available.
   Rewards are coupons, discounts, or other benefits obtained by redeeming MicroPoints. MicroPoints and Rewards are separate and may be subject to different expiration dates, redemption requirements, combination rules, and restrictions.
   The applicable offer will state any promotional earning rate, multiplier, promotional period, code requirement, or other material condition.
   Unless otherwise stated:
   MicroPoints are added to the customer's account after checkout or after the applicable transaction is processed;
   100 MicroPoints may currently be redeemed for $1 in available Rewards;
   earned MicroPoints expire six months after issuance;
   purchased MicroPoints do not expire and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law;
   redeemed MicroPoints are deducted from the customer's MicroPoints balance; and
   MicroPoints have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash except as required by applicable law.
   Rewards are subject to the value, expiration terms, eligible purchase requirements, usage restrictions, and other conditions displayed when the Reward is issued.
   MicroPoints may be withheld, corrected, adjusted, or removed in connection with returned, refunded, canceled, reversed, fraudulent, abusive, unauthorized, duplicated, erroneous, or otherwise ineligible transactions.
   Processing or posting delays may occur. MicroPoints are not available for redemption until they have been posted to the customer's account.
9. Inventory and Product Availability
   All promotions are subject to product and inventory availability. Products featured in promotional materials may sell out or become unavailable during the promotional period.
   Placement of an item in a cart does not reserve inventory. A purchase is not complete until the order has been successfully submitted and accepted.
   Where permitted by law, MicroPerfumes may limit quantities, reject orders, or cancel transactions reasonably believed to involve resale, fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, circumvention of promotional limits, or technical manipulation.
10. Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Order Changes
    Returns, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and order modifications are subject to the MicroPerfumes return and refund policies.
    When a returned, refunded, canceled, or modified order no longer satisfies the requirements of a promotion, MicroPerfumes may recalculate the promotional benefit and adjust:
    the refund amount;
    the price of remaining items;
    shipping charges;
    MicroPoints earned or redeemed; or
    any Reward or other benefit associated with the transaction.
    Any adjustment will be made in accordance with the applicable offer, MicroPerfumes policies, and applicable law.
11. Errors and Promotion Administration
    MicroPerfumes may correct typographical, display, pricing, date, calculation, discount, points-multiplier, inventory, technical, or administrative errors relating to a promotion.
    MicroPerfumes may modify, suspend, restrict, or cancel a promotion when reasonably necessary to address:
    an error or technical malfunction;
    fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity;
    manipulation or circumvention of promotional rules;
    an inventory or fulfillment issue;
    a legal or regulatory requirement; or
    another circumstance affecting the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the promotion.
    Unless otherwise stated, a correction or modification will not affect a properly completed and eligible purchase made before the correction is posted.
    This limitation does not apply when the promotional benefit or transaction resulted from an obvious error, fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, technical manipulation, or an otherwise ineligible transaction.
    Nothing in these Promotional Terms permits MicroPerfumes to make a false or misleading promotional claim or limits any rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
12. Taxes
    Customers are responsible for applicable taxes. The calculation of taxes may be based on the price before or after a promotional discount, depending on the applicable tax laws and the nature of the promotion.
13. Changes to These Promotional Terms
    MicroPerfumes may update these Promotional Terms prospectively. The version in effect when a customer participates in a promotion will generally apply to that transaction, except where a change is required by law or is necessary to correct an error.
    The effective date shown at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
14. Relationship to Other Terms
    These Promotional Terms supplement the MicroPerfumes Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Privacy Policy, return and refund policies, and any other policies applicable to the customer's purchase or account.
    If these Promotional Terms conflict with the terms displayed with a particular promotion, the promotion-specific terms control solely for that promotion.
    If these Promotional Terms conflict with the MicroPerfumes Terms of Use or Terms of Sale on a matter unrelated to a particular promotion, the applicable Terms of Use or Terms of Sale control.
