By the use of the Site or its services, the Member, visitor or User expressly agrees that the Site may use any information that it gathers or collects about the Member, visitor or User including personal information that has been provided by the Member, visitor or User for technical, administration, research and development, customer administration, age verification, marketing, promotional and advertising use and for the transmission of email communications, the sending of products or the fulfilling of any terms and conditions.

The Site considers any personal information provided by a User to the Site as confidential. However, the Site is not responsible or liable for any information that a Member, visitor or User may provide independently to third-party websites that have banner ads or links on the Site. This Site does not control, monitor or endorse the information gathering practices or Privacy Policies of any of those third-party websites, and those third-party websites may have different privacy policies than this Site. Whenever applicable, each Member, visitor or User should seek to read the Privacy Policy of any third-party website provider that has an advertising banner, advertises or has a link on the Site.

4."OPT-OUT" - REVOCATION OF CONSENT PROCEDURE

The Site also offers all Members and Users a procedure for "Opting-Out" if the Member or User subsequently chooses to revoke or withdraw any consent to receive offers Member may receive by sending an e-mail to help@microperfumes.com clearly stating that the Member or User has revoked or withdrawn consent to receive any future offers.

MICROPERFUMES.COM will not disclose or use any of your personally identifiable information except to the extent set forth in this Privacy Policy, or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the law requires it, or when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to enforce any of our rights and terms and conditions or identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating the MICROPERFUMES.COM Terms of Use

We partner with Rakuten Advertising, who may collect personal information when you interact with our site. The collection and use of this information is subject to the privacy policy located here.

8. CALIFORNIA SHINE THE LIGHT ACT

Individual consumers who reside in California and have provided us with their personal information may request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Such requests must include your name, street address, city, state, and zip code. Requests may be sent by email to support@perfumeventures.com or by mail to 7811 Lemona Ave. Van Nuys, CA 91405. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted to addresses other than those specified.

If we determine that the Act applies, within thirty days of receiving such a request, we will provide a list of the categories of personal information disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes during the immediately preceding calendar year, along with the names and addresses of these third parties. 

This request may can be made once per calendar year. 

9. NEVADA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Under Nevada Revised Status Chapter 603A (the “Nevada Privacy Act”), Nevada residents who have purchased goods or services from us may notify us not to sell their covered personal information. Covered personal information includes first and last name, address, email address, phone number, and identifiers that allow a specific person to be contacted. If you are a Nevada resident, you may submit a request to us not to sell your covered information by emailing support@perfumeventures.com.

10. CHILDREN’S PERSONAL INFORMATION

The Site and Services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and will not knowingly register or otherwise collect any personal information from any child under the age of 13. We ask that minors under the age of 13 not submit any personal information to us. If you have reason to believe a child under the age of 13 has provided us with any personal information, please contact us at support@perfumeventures.com and request that such information be deleted from our records.

11. DO NOT TRACK

Some browsers have a “DO NOT TRACK” feature that lets website users inform websites or other applications that they do not want to have their online activities tracked. These “do not track” features may also give website users other choices regarding the collection of their personal information. However, these “do not track” features and “do not track” signals are not yet uniform. You may elect to receive text messages from us. When you sign up to receive text messages, we will send you information about promotional offers and more. Please note that we are only obligated to delete Residents’ personal information under certain circumstances. We may deny your request to delete in accordance with applicable law.

Right to Correct

Residents have the right to request that we correct any inaccurate personal information. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct any inaccurate personal information as directed by Residents upon receipt of a verifiable consumer request.

Do Not Sell or Share

Residents have the right to ask that we stop selling or sharing your personal information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. However, under some circumstances a transfer of personal information to a third party, or within our affiliates and subsidiaries, may be considered a “sale” under applicable law. No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against any Resident for exercising any of their rights under applicable state law. Unless permitted by applicable law, if a Resident exercises their privacy rights, we will not:

• Deny the Resident goods or services; 

• Charge the Resident different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties; 

• Provide the Resident a different level or quality of goods or services; or 

• Suggest that the Resident may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

How to Exercise Your State Law Privacy Rights

To exercise your privacy rights under applicable law, a Resident must submit a verifiable consumer request by either completing the web form below or calling 1-888-981-6349

The request must:

• provide sufficient information to allow us to verify that the person submitting the request is the person or the authorized representative of the person whose personal information is implicated by the request. 

• describe the Resident’s request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate and respond to it. 

Only a Resident, or a person authorized to act on a Resident’s behalf, may make a request to us related to the Resident’s personal information. A Resident may also make a request on behalf of their minor child. 

If we cannot verify a Resident’s identity or a requestor’s authority to make a request on behalf of a Resident, we cannot respond. 

You do not have to create an account to submit a consumer request. 

We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request. 

Response Timing and Format

If a Resident sends a verifiable consumer request as set forth above, we will respond within 45 days of receipt. If additional time is needed, we will inform the Resident or their authorized representative of the reason for the extension and the length of the extension. We will deliver our written response by e-mail. 

For data portability requests, we will provide the Resident’s personal information in a form that is readily useable and should allow the Resident to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance. 

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to a Resident’s verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell the Resident why and provide the Resident with a cost estimate before completing the Resident’s request.

Lawful basis of processing

We will only process your Personal Data if we have a lawful basis for doing so. We use the Personal Data that you supply to us as set out below. Access: You can request more information about the Personal Data we hold about you and request a copy of such Personal Data.

Rectification: If you believe that any Personal Data we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, you can request that we correct or supplement such data. You can also correct some of this information directly by updating any of the information contained in your user profile.

Erasure: You can request that we erase some or all of your Personal Data from our systems.

Withdrawal of Consent: If we are processing your Personal Data based on your consent (as indicated at the time of collection of such data), you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Transfers of Personal Data

By using the Services, you acknowledge that any Personal Data about you, regardless of whether provided by you or obtained from a third party, is being provided to us and may be hosted on worldwide servers, and you authorize us to transfer, store and process your information on servers worldwide.
