Returns and Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Decanted samples and travel sprays are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once shipped. These items are custom-prepared and handled for individual orders, and cannot be resold.
  • Unopened, full-size retail bottles may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they:
    • Are factory sealed and unused
    • Are in original condition and packaging
    • Receive prior approval from our support team before being returned

Approved returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, Incorrect, Lost, or Stolen Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can investigate and make it right.

For orders marked as delivered but reported as lost or stolen, we will conduct a brief review before determining the appropriate resolution.
