Are the samples authentic?
Yes all of the products showcased throughout our website are 100% original brand name fragrances. We only carry genuine brand name perfumes and colognes. Absolutely NO imitations or knock-offs. They are the same exact fragrances as those you'd buy in a store, decanted from the original bottle of perfume. Each item is guaranteed, so if you ever receive a product that's defective or damaged, we'll replace it at no cost if contacted within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Many perfumes and colognes are available in a variety of concentrations. Different concentrations can vary in scent. Smelling a fragrance at a store in the eau de parfum concentration will smell different than that same fragrance in the eau de toilette concentration. We carry many fragrances in a variety of concentrations. You can view the concentration in the "Product Info" section when selecting your fragrance.
How do I track my order?
How do I cancel my order?
Cancelling your order can be done via your Account Dashboard. Please follow these steps to update to cancel your order:
Click on the user icon near the top right corner of the screen.
Login to your account.
Click on View Profile to get to your Dashboard.
Under Recent Orders, select the "View/Cancel" option under the Actions column.
Click on "Cancel Order"
Select your 'Reason for Cancellation' and click "Cancel This Order".
If you encounter any problems while trying to cancel your order, please submit a request with the email address you used to place your order AND the reason for wanting to cancel. Our friendly customer service team will respond as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?
What shipping options do you offer?

The delivery timeframe begins once USPS accepts the package. Please allow 1 business day for order processing. Orders are processed daily, except on national holidays.
I need to change or update my address.
Changing or updating your delivery address can be done via your Account Dashboard. Please follow these steps to update your address:
Click on the user icon near the top right corner of the screen.
Login to your account.
Click on "Profile" to get to your Dashboard.
Click "My Addresses" to see the addresses associated with your account.
Click on "Edit" to update your address.
Update your address and click the "Save Shipping Address" button at the bottom.
If you encounter any problems while trying to change your address, please submit a request with the email address you used to place your order AND the correct address you would like the order to go out to for future orders.
*Please note, shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order has been processed.
Why is my package still in transit?
Most packages are delivered by USPS Standard U.S. Ground within 2-8 business days. On occasion USPS is unable to meet their shipping time estimates and for that, we apologize.

You can track the location of your package here. Your tracking number can be found in the email notifications we sent you. If you are unable to access your email, you can view your tracking number from within your MicroPerfumes account. You can log in here.
My package never arrived, please help.
We are sorry to hear that your package did not get delivered as expected. We are here to help.

Include your order number and tracking number with your message. These items can be found in the confirmation and shipping email notifications you were sent. If you cannot access your email, this can also be found in your account.

Orders under $59 start at $5.99 to ship within the U.S. We also offer Insured and Express shipping.
Standard U.S. Shipping (3-8 business days) - $5.99
Depending on availability, orders will be shipped via USPS. Most packages arrive within 3-8 business days, but this is not a guaranteed service.
Standard U.S. Insured Shipping (2-8 business days) - $7.89
In the event your order is lost, damaged, or stolen, we will quickly send out a replacement free of charge.* Most packages arrive within 2-8 business days.

Express U.S. Shipping (2-3 business days guaranteed) - $11.99
If you're in a rush, we can deliver your order fast with our guaranteed service!
Express Delivery excludes weekends and is not available for PO Boxes.

Unfortunately, we do not handle these charges and you may also be subject to the applicable VAT rate for your country.

Depending on where you live and the time of day that you order, delivery times from MicroPerfumes will vary. Your items may be delayed if your payment information is incorrect, so please make sure to double-check your billing and shipping address before submitting your order.

Why was I charged for shipping?
We offer FREE Standard U.S. Ground shipping on all orders over $59!
For your convenience we also offer multiple shipping options on all orders. You can choose to have your order Insured or sent via Express shipping. These options incur additional shipping fees.
If you used a Promo Code for free shipping, the discount should be shown in your order.

Where do you ship from?
We are now shipping all orders out of our brand new facility in Van Nuys, California.
USPS estimates 2-8 business days to anywhere within the contiguous 48 states. If you need your favorite fragrance faster, we offer Express U.S. shipping as an option at checkout.

How do I redeem a promo code?
If you received a promo code and would like to redeem it, simply follow these steps:
1. Browse our store and add the items you would like to purchase to your Cart. Proceed to the Checkout page
2. On the "Checkout" page, enter your promo code in the box labeled "Discount code or gift card"
3. Click "Apply" and you will see your discount savings as well as the updated Order Total
Please keep in mind that most coupon codes and promotions expire and cannot be combined. If you have a promotional gift in your cart, please remove this item before entering your coupon code. If you are still having trouble entering your code, please contact us before placing your order so that we may add it for you.

Please submit with your request which items you did not receive and what you received by mistake so we can prepare a replacement order for you. It's always helpful if you are able to upload photos, this will help us improve upon our shipping and packaging practices.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item or items?
