To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- 5ml samples must have at least 80% of the fragrance remaining - Gift Sets
- You may test all 3 atomizers. Each atomizer must have at least 80% of its contents remaining - No Signs of Tampering
- The product must not show evidence of refilling, mixing, or other tampering - Refund Request Within 30 Days
- Refunds must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date - Return Approval and Inspection
- Refunds will only be issued after the returned items are received and inspected to confirm they meet the above conditions
